Our program goes beyond traditional education by offering hands-on experiences*, targeted educational discussions, and activities designed to provide valuable insights and practical skills for aspiring professionals.
Group visits and tours focus on key topics specific to student interests and related to equine welfare, management, and rescue, among other exciting topics. During their visit, students engage in meaningful conversations about responsible equine ownership, ethical considerations in the industry, and the importance of advocating for equine welfare.
Whether students aspire to become veterinarians, trainers, researchers, or advocates, our programming prepares them with the knowledge, skills, and experiences needed to pursue their passions and make a positive impact in the world of equine care and advocacy. Join us as we empower the next generation of equine professionals to lead with compassion, integrity, and dedication to the well-being of horses everywhere.
At this time, we are unable to support internships, but we are excited to host farm visits for groups or 1:1 sessions with students.
*Hands-on experiences are available depending on the group, availability of appropriate horses, and availability of staff to help handle horses. Due to the need for increased staff presence and use of our rescue horses during hands-on experiences, we ask for a donation per person to participate.
