“Maine Horse Matchmaker” is a new service of the Maine State Society for the Protection of Animals – Matchmaking for horses in need of rehoming. Horse owners who are no longer able to care for their animals are now able to provide Matchmaker followers with photos of and details in hopes of finding a new home for their horse.
There are currently horses posted for adoption and the page is active for new postings. This initiative supports the MSSPA vision of ending equine neglect by bridging the gap many owners unfortunately face.
