Ducati is a sweet older gentleman who has won the hearts of our volunteers with his calm demeanor and love of attention. He’s excellent for both the vet and farrier, making him an easy companion to care for.
Currently barefoot and living outside 24/7, Ducati thrives in a simple routine. He’s a very easy keeper with no known health issues, but due to his tendency to gain weight easily, he’ll do best in a pasture with limited grass or managed grazing.
In his past, he was a big, fancy dressage horse – while he’s earned his retirement from riding, he still loves to work and is an amazing horse both on the ground and at liberty. Just ask him about his Spanish Walk and he’d be happy to show off for you! Ducati is now looking for a peaceful, loving home where he can enjoy his golden years being pampered and adored.
