Yahtzee is one of the youngest donkeys on the farm, and he approaches life with all the enthusiasm, curiosity, and mischief you might expect from a youngster.
Born to Olive and arriving alongside the rest of his donkey family, Yahtzee has never met a person he didn’t think might become his new best friend. He loves attention, adores being groomed, and is always happy to soak up hugs, scratches, and any extra fussing that comes his way.
In many ways, Yahtzee is exactly what young animals should be – playful, curious, and endlessly optimistic. He brings energy and laughter wherever he goes, often finding creative ways to entertain himself and everyone around him.
Of course, being young also means there are still lessons to learn. Yahtzee is not quite ready for adoption yet, as he is continuing his education with routine handling, veterinary care, and farrier visits as he develops the skills he’ll need to navigate the world confidently and safely.
But one thing is already certain: Yahtzee has a gift for making people smile.
Whether he’s looking for attention, causing a little harmless mischief with his best friend, Finn,, or simply enjoying life, Yahtzee reminds us that sometimes the best thing you can be is exactly who you are.
